How much is your coffee?

Our blends start at $28. Rare or fancy single origins will be more.

Do you service machines?

Sure do. We carry a range of parts for Synesso and La Marzocco machines (what we use and recommend) We can order in parts for your machine when something breaks. We also have a preventative maintenance program. Get in touch and we can discuss this further.

Can you ship interstate and regionally?

Sure can. We work with a number of logistics companies to get your coffee to you for the best rate. There is a small additional charge for freight, this is calculated on weight.

Do you offer free machines?

No, we help new customers purchase their own equipment. This could be a new machine, a second hand machine and may mean leasing with a company like Silverchef. We provide individual advice depending on your plan and your budget. We want to help our wholesale partners build resilient businesses that are not beholden to loan equipment or dodgy contracts.

Is there a minimum order?

Short answer, yes, 5kg per week.
Long Answer, we are reasonable people to deal with and get excited to see our wholesale accounts succeed. Our goal would be to help you get to 5kg per week as soon as possible.

Is your coffee fair trade?

We use the ‘Direct Trade’ model of buying our green coffee and have a direct link to the producers that grow our coffee through our importing partners.
Exploiting producers for our own gain is a bad business practice that we detest.

What about organic?

Many of the coffees we use are organic, but not certified.

How much is training?

It's free to everyone in our wholesale family.

Do you sell teas, chocolate, chai and syrups?

Yep, panela sugar too!
